Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 50100 platform available at https://50100.net, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 50100 platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
The 50100 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. 50100 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account pending verification.
Account Creation & Security
- Each user is permitted to hold one (1) active account only
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date
- Users are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under their account
- Your password must be kept secure and must not be shared with any other party
- 50100 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added account protection
- Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to the 50100 support team immediately
- 50100 will never ask for your password via email or any unofficial channel
- Users are responsible for ensuring that the device used to access their account is secure
Account Suspension & Closure: 50100 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice where fraudulent activity, a breach of terms, or confirmed platform abuse is identified. In such cases, any legitimate balance will be settled in accordance with 50100's internal procedures once the investigation is complete.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the 50100 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
- Sharing or transferring your account to another party
- Using a payment method that does not belong to you
- Attempting to exploit technical errors or system bugs
- Spreading false information about 50100 to other parties
- Comply with all applicable Malaysian laws when using the platform
- Report any technical issues or errors promptly
- Ensure that all funds used are legitimate and not proceeds from any illegal activity
- Keep your account information current and accurate
- Take responsibility for all bets and transactions made
50100 maintains a clear intellectual property policy. All content on the platform — including logos, interface designs, text, and software code — is the property of 50100 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any such content without prior written permission from 50100.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 50100 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include online banking, local e-wallets, and other methods listed during the deposit process.
- Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is as displayed on the account page. All deposits are subject to identity verification before full account access is granted.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 to 3 business days upon verification. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
- Identity Verification: 50100 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, in order to meet financial compliance requirements. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in the withdrawal being delayed.
- Rejected Transactions: Any transaction suspected of involving fraud or illegal activity will be declined immediately and reported to the relevant authorities.
- Third-Party Links: The 50100 platform may contain links to third-party payment services. 50100 is not responsible for the policies or operations of those third-party platforms.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The 50100 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 50100 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
50100 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, free from technical errors, or free from viruses and other security threats. That said, 50100 will make every reasonable effort to maintain the platform's availability and security at all times.
Users acknowledge that sports betting and gambling involve financial risk. 50100 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting activity on the platform. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
50100 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are responsible for checking this page periodically to stay informed of the current applicable terms.
Continued use of the 50100 platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. Should negotiations fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate tribunal or court of competent jurisdiction.
